Committees give our members a unique opportunity to get directly involved in shaping the direction of the Tea Party Movement. The members of BRTP committees are the life blood of our group. The events committee is responsible for making BRTP events happen. This committee is responsible for everything from booking venues to setting up chairs. Members of the events committee welcome guests to our events, sign up new members, distribute literature to guests, help set up the venue before an event, help clean up after the event, find events BRTP can participate in and much more. Public Relations Committee
The Public Relations committee is responsibile for getting BRTP in the public eye. This committee is responsible for writting press releases, developing talking points, scheduling interviews and creating press for BRTP. Read More...
The Web Operations Committee is responsible for the developement of web content and the maintance of the website. Web Ops members help spread the word of BRTP on the internet by finding ways to increase web traffic. Media and Marketing Committee
The Media and Marketing Committee produces the distribution materials and researches advertising options for BRTP. The committee is responsible for creating phamplets, designing push cards, creating scripts for advertising and researching advertising rates. Read more...
Legislative Action Committee
The Legislative Action Committee tracks legislation moving through the governement. Memebers of this committee watch local and national legislation, attend and report on local municpal body meeting and create the action alerts we send out to our members. Read more...
